For patients wishing to reorder their sublingual immunotherapy, you will require either an office visit or a telephone appointment. Please contact the office to arrange a visit.
Insect Allergy Injections
For patients wishing to reorder their insect allergy injections please have your doctor's office fax a copy of your dosage schedule. We will mail a new prescription to your home address for you to fill at your pharmacy. Please be sure to have your doctor's office contact us when you have about 2-3 injection left as these injections can take some time to come in due to supply of venom with the manufacturer.
